I had a good stay at Helvetia & Bristol Firenze. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Florence's delights. The service was incredibly attentive, which I truly appreciated. However, I found the air conditioning insufficiently cool during warmer days, and the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a nice experience I would gladly repeat. 😊
